When running a knowledge base it is important to know if your customers found the articles helpful.
You can activate articles voting and keep track of which articles need improvement.
BasePress will also use this information along with the articles views count to direct new visitors to articles that people have found helpful.
You can view articles’ votes and scores in the admin area. You can sort them by score or views and see at a glance what your visitors are reading most and if the articles helped them.
Articles views and votes can be reset individually or in bulk from the Bulk Actions menu.
The question can be personalized from BasePress settings->Votes. The icons can be changed from the dedicated Icons Manager under BasePress menu.
